FRANCIS HOUSE ANNIVERSARY CALENDAR

January 2011 will mark Francis House’s 20th Anniversary. In celebration of our Francis House Family, we are creating an Anniversary calendar that will celebrate our history and honor the memory of loved ones. The honorees will be listed on the month chosen. In addition to being listed on the calendar month, a frame in our chapel will hold the name of the person who is being remembered for the day. Each morning, staff will begin with a prayer remembering the special people for the day.

Calendars will be available for purchase November 15th but can be pre-ordered.

Please fill out the form below. Your donation of $50 (includes one copy of the calendar) will be used to care for residents without financial resources. Deadline to receive forms is September 1, 2010.
